Job summary

Arthur, partnering with a leading specialist insurance group, seeks a Digital Engineering Lead to own design and development of modern digital products and eTrading platforms. You will work with Engineering, Product and business stakeholders to drive delivery and customer value.

You'll build cloud-native applications using C#, .NET and Microsoft Azure, design scalable serverless architectures, and develop frontend experiences with React and TypeScript.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering with strong technical capabilities and product mindset.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET and Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions and APIs.
• Experience with React and TypeScript and understanding of modern digital product delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with Product and business stakeholders to align technology with user experience.
• Experience in Insurance/InsurTech or financial services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and AI-enabled software engineering is beneficial.
