Digital Engineer / Senior Digital Engineer

We're looking for a Digital Engineer / Senior Digital Engineer to join our Central Services team in Dartford. You'll work on some of the UK's most ambitious construction projects, including:

• Healthcare facilities
• Data centres
• Ministry of Defence (MoD) and Ministry of Justice (MoJ) sites
• Power, science, and research facilities

Please note: Candidates with only an architectural background may not be suitable for this role.

What you'll do

• Create high-quality 3D models and 4D simulations for project planning and engagement
• Tell powerful stories using animations, videos, and time-based simulations
• Collaborate with Digital Leads and project teams to scope, deliver, and refine content
• Apply and develop consistent digital standards
• Mentor others in 3D, 4D, and visualisation workflows
• Explore and test new tools, keeping our work at the cutting edge

What we're looking for

• Experience in construction, structural, or MEP disciplines, either through a relevant degree or practical project with at least 5 years relevant experience.
• Know your way around tools like 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, Synchro, Blender
• Can deliver animations and visual stories that make an impact
• Work well independently and manage your own deadlines
• Communicate clearly and collaborate easily with different teams
• Have scripting knowledge (Python, Blueprints) for automation or tool creation
• Have dabbled in VR/AR platforms (nice to have)
• Are familiar with Solibri, Power BI, Trimble Connect, or Autodesk tools (Revit, Civil 3D)
