Digital Engagement Specialist

Location: Kingston, UK (KT2 6LZ). Contract: Permanent full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. Salary: £35,000 per annum, paid monthly.

What Will I Be Doing?

Proactively engage QuickBooks customers on social media, resolving challenges and elevating the QuickBooks brand presence across all platforms.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Engage customers on social media, building relationships and addressing questions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care, PR, Marketing, and Product teams to manage brand reputation and execute engagement strategies.
  • Protect and promote the QuickBooks brand consistently across all digital platforms.
  • Proactively research and resolve customer issues independently.
  • Create engaging content that fosters community interaction and action.
  • Analyze performance metrics, capture insights, and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate case records and comply with company policies and ethics.
  • Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence to build trust with diverse audiences.
