Job summary

JCDecaux is seeking a Digital Technician to maintain and resolve faults across our digital advertising estate in and around North East London. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, assess asset condition, and liaise with operations teams to keep installations running smoothly.

The role requires practical, hands-on problem solving, ability to work independently in field environments, and willingness to travel within the operating area.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical, electrical or electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong basic electrical working skills and fault diagnosis ability.
• Familiar with digital display systems, media hardware or connected equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to faults on digital advertising assets with clear communication and timely resolution.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on site.
• Diagnose and repair faults across digital screens, media players, routers and power supplies.
• Maintain tool, PPE and stock in good condition and report site issues promptly.
• Produce accurate reports and maintain documentation of work performed.
