The ideal candidate will be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and have a portfolio showcasing their work in performance-driven design. We’re working with a remote first, digital marketing agency looking for a Digital Designer with a performance focus.
Our client is a remote first digital marketing agency who work with some great successful and emerging B2C e-commerce brands. They have built a strong team and work together collaboratively, providing an industry leading benefits package to their staff.
You will be responsible for creating striking digital designs for a wide range of uses, primarily performance marketing focused; paid social ads, landing pages, digital banners and emails, as well as iterating new designs based on user feedback and analytical data. Ultimately, you\u2019ll be delivering high-impact digital design that earn attention, build engagement and drive results. You’ll work closely with the wider account team on interpreting client briefs to create engaging assets aligned with brand guidelines.
You will be digital first in all aspects of design, with a compelling portfolio of digital assets. Ideally, you’ll have a great understanding of designing for performance in mind, able to demonstrate where you’ve designed high-impact digital assets that have built engagement and achieved results. You’ll have a solid technical skillset, particularly in Adobe Creative Suite, and be able to take projects from concept to completion. Any UX/UI, motion, photography and video production experience would be advantageous.
