Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a skilled designer for its UK Online Design Team. You will craft digital assets for UK brands, localising global assets and designing from scratch for banners, landing pages, and emails.

You’ll help ensure brand language is consistent while collaborating with internal teams. Ideal candidates have strong Figma/Adobe CC experience, a solid grasp of responsive design, and the ability to mentor junior designers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• In depth professional experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Production design experience for banners, landing pages, emails, and social content.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and design templates.
• Typography, layout and grid structures expertise.
• Image manipulation using traditional and AI techniques.
• Good time-management under fast-paced conditions.
• Strong communication and confident presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor junior designers.
• Understanding of HTML / CSS.

Responsibilities

• Create ready-to-implement digital assets supporting UK brands.

DescriptionThis is an exciting design position with a well-established Online Design Team at Estee Lauder Companies. The team is responsible for hands-on design and creation of a range of digital assets that support the trading activities of our UK websites across 15 brands.
