We are looking for a Digital Designer with Motion experience. You might be an experienced senior designer or a mid-weight designer looking for your next challenge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative content across all our creative channels. Experience across digital platforms is a must, where we seek a candidate comfortable creating everything from landing page designs and paid social advertising to dipping into HTML banners for affiliates' sites.
We want to see your love for a bit of motion, too and be responsible for producing engaging videos across key platforms like Instagram, Snap and YouTube, ensuring everything is optimised, on-brand, and tailored to each audience. This is an opportunity for anyone looking to work across multiple design functions where every day can throw up new possibilities, creating design solutions to the highest level of output and consideration. There are no boundaries at Midnite; we really are looking for candidates who are willing to challenge the status quo! Someone with pure talent and a love and passion to create, we want you to take ownership from conceptualisation to delivery of the brand and liaise with our Art Director to understand how we can set the bar high for all our content. From conceptualisation to delivery, you’ll produce compelling video assets for various channels, including web, email, social and many more.
You’ll play an essential part in the development of all Midnite’s visual elements. Using your expertise, you’ll maintain a coherent, consistent and dynamic design approach, considering 3D design, type, image and layout across all channels to elevate and communicate our brand identity.
You’ll work across various growth channels and liaise with the wider design team to collaborate well, you should be comfortable following creative direction, and building upon ideas whilst suggesting ways your trade can enhance our marketing creative.
