Job summary

Johnson BIM in London is seeking a Digital Delivery & Information Coordinator to support asset data, model-based information and digital handover across internal project teams and external client commissions. The role sits within the Digital Practice / Digital Advisory function and works under the direction of the Digital Practice / Digital Advisory Services Lead.

We are looking for a Digital Delivery & Information Coordinator to support the delivery of asset data, model-based information and digital handover requirements across internal project teams and external client commissions.

The role sits within the Digital Practice / Digital Advisory function and works under the direction of the Digital Practice / Digital Advisory Services Lead. It is primarily a project-facing delivery role supporting the growth of client-side Digital Advisory service through project mobilisation, information management, asset data delivery and digital handover assurance.

Alongside Digital Advisory project delivery, the role will support the wider Digital Practice team where required, providing practical BIM, Revit and digital delivery assistance to project teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of digital delivery across the practice.

The successful candidate will support project setup, maintain responsibility matrices, check asset information, monitor progress through dashboards and digital handover platforms, support design teams, chase outstanding actions and report risks across design and construction teams.
