As Digital Credential Learning Product Manager, you will lead the design, build and deployment of innovative learning products, with a focus on driving product adoption and supporting a cultural shift towards continuous learning. You will manage end-to-end product delivery, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to create engaging content that meets business objectives and complies with governance standards. You will act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment across multiple feedback streams and navigating complex governance requirements under the CE umbrella.
You will support strategic initiatives by driving engagement campaigns, analysing data to measure success and identifying opportunities to improve credential uptake. You will collaborate with designers and operational teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences, while proactively managing risk and responding to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong product management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to problem-solve under pressure.

Digital Credential Learning Product Manager – Full Time Contract Ending in December 2026
Purpose of the role
To design and implement programmes and initiatives that support the growth and development of the bank’s employees and leaders.
Accountabilities
- Development and implementation of training and development programmes and initiatives, including creation and execution of training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Collaboration with HR and hiring managers to analyse the current and future development needs of the organisation.
- Design and delivery of classroom and digital based training content, programmes and associated User Experience.
- Management of onboarding programmes including training, onboarding materials, introduction meetings and providing support throughout the onboarding process.
- Analysis of data and metrics to measure success of talent development programmes and initiatives.
- Development and implementation of coaching and mentoring programmes, train the trainer programmes for facilitators and relevant educational materials.
- Develop and implement talent pipelining processes, identifying, managing, progressing and promoting talent capability across the bank with succession management and career progression.
