Job summary

Deloitte in Manchester is recruiting for an Early Careers role within Controls Advisory, part of the Technology and Transformation team. The role focuses on IT risk and controls design, governance building, and continual improvement of clients' control environments.

You will work in multi-disciplinary teams, with opportunities to gain qualifications such as MSc in Digital and Business Risk Management or ACA, while enjoying a hybrid working arrangement and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and graduates by September 2027 for Autumn 2027 intake.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess clients' IT risks, developing long-term mitigation strategies.
• Design and embed IT controls to meet internal policies, legislation, and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage data and technology to address IT risks related to climate, cybersecurity, data privacy and transformation initiatives.
• Provide guidance to strengthen clients' IT governance and control frameworks and support change management.
• Deliver impactful change initiatives enabling effective IT risk management.
• Engage with frontier technologies like AI and cloud computing to define control requirements.
