Job description

This role is pivotal in driving demand generation, supporting new logo acquisition, and ensuring 100% retention of existing customers through integrated marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a digitally fluent marketer with strong capabilities in content strategy, content creation, social media, campaign management, and product marketing.

Sales Enablement & Demand Generation
  • Act as the marketing liaison for global sales leaders, supporting pipeline growth and client retention.
  • Develop, create, and execute demand generation campaigns specifically for LinkedIn, both paid and organic, across digital, social, and event channels to drive MQLs and SALs.
  • Creation of client platforms that are hyper‑personalized for new prospects. Each link holds a series of materials such as final bids, sales presentations, a summary of our commitment to the client and client video testimonial series, used by sales leaders to share with new prospects to drive consideration and new wins.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
  • Own the global social media strategy, including a full‑year content calendar.
  • Oversee all social media elements—copy, visuals, scheduling, and linking to blogs, case studies, and gated content.
  • Build and distribute a social media toolkit and LinkedIn personal branding guide for sellers.
Content Marketing & Thought Leadership
  • Lead our content strategy aligned to the company's ambition for growth, creating compelling content that is aligned with our brand voice and presents Pontoon's point of view. These could range from one‑page messaging to three‑page blogs or ten‑page industry reports with co‑partners.
  • Forge strong relationships with sales leaders and subject matter experts to produce content that drives awareness, consideration, and MQLs.
  • Create e‑booklets to drive sales opportunities.
  • Produce a series of one‑pagers highlighting what makes Pontoon great and why clients buy from us—infographics, social one‑off posts, etc.
Product Marketing
  • Partner with the product team to create and sign off on product marketing sheets, including how they appear on our website and social media, to promote new products.
  • Ensure product messaging is integrated into sales decks, bids, and client‑facing materials.
Cross‑Group Collaboration
  • Position Pontoon's brand and messaging within the wider Adecco Group ecosystem to enable cross‑sell opportunities (e.g., LHH selling RPO).
  • Leverage Group or GBU content and repurpose Pontoon materials.
  • Align marketing efforts with group bids and sales initiatives.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Significant proven experience in a marketing environment with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in digital and content creation.
  • Minimum three years’ industry experience, especially with a managed services provider; talent acquisition preferred but not essential.
  • Proven experience in content creation (blogs, whitepapers, web copy) for LinkedIn campaigns and sales promotional assets for outreach.
  • Strong campaign management skills, especially on LinkedIn, to drive MQLs.
  • Expertise in social media strategy and execution to drive awareness.
  • Strong understanding of web strategy, development of new websites with fresh compelling copy, including SEO, SEM, to increase traffic.
  • Experience in product marketing and sales enablement.
  • Deep understanding of brand voice, persona development, and application across marketing assets.
  • Sound knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Crystal Knows tools.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and execution is desirable.
  • Exceptional writing, editing skills and storytelling ability.
  • Video production & editing capabilities.
  • Understanding of brand design principles (Adobe, InDesign).
  • Experience in landing page creation and account engagement, including hyper‑personalized client pages.
  • Track record of B2B event activation and lead generation.
