This is an exciting opportunity to join The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, a leading arts university with a dynamic community, located in Swiss Cottage. As Digital Content Marketing Manager within the Marketing and Communications team, you will manage and promote the work of the institution to internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced content creator to lead the content strategy for the school that puts storytelling at its heart, is driven by insight and delivers against objectives. You will be accomplished at conveying stories, curating and sharing content and able to inform and inspire in equal measure to engage our audiences and support efforts to recruit students, to fundraise, and bolster the school's alumni and outreach engagement programmes and commercial portfolio.

You will develop and articulate the school brand story utilising the full marketing and communications mix, including through developing website content and growing reach and engagement across social platforms, and will play a key role in campaigns working across both the wider department and the school.

You will be expected to be a creative thinker with an ability to turn ideas into reality, using a range of engaging plans to reach our audiences.

The successful candidate will have experience in working with multiple content management systems and a proven track record in social media management.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, this role will make a key contribution to raising the profile of Royal Central and creating meaningful engagement with the school's target audiences throughout their decision-making journey.
