Job description

Are you a creative all-rounder with a love of sport and a knack for storytelling through video and digital content?

We’re representing a purpose-driven sports communications agency based in Brighton & Hove. Their campaigns span everything from the Olympics and World Cups to grassroots initiatives, with clients including major sports brands, governing bodies and charities.

They’re looking for a Content Manager (though your title might be something different!) to lead on digital content. You will need to be confident behind the camera, sharp in the edit suite and full of ideas that bring sport to life across video, social and digital channels.

You’ll plan, produce and deliver creative, high-quality content for a mix of exciting clients, working closely with a passionate team who live and breathe sport.

The Content Manager
  • 3+ years’ experience in an agency or in-house production team
  • Strong videography skills (DSLR/cine cameras – e.g. Sony A7iv, FS5 etc)
  • Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro editing skills
  • Experience across the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Audition)
  • Good understanding of social media strategy
  • A genuine passion for sport and creative storytelling
What you’ll get in return
  • Private medical insurance, pension, MacBook & iPhone
  • 20 days’ holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the Brighton & Hove office)
  • Regular socials and chances to attend major sporting events

If you love sport, thrive in a creative environment and want your work to make an impact, this one’s for you.
