We’re now looking for a creative, digitally-minded storyteller to help us bring that to life. Someone who can blend strategy with spark, turning ideas into content that connects, inspires, and drives real engagement.

The Role

As our Digital Content Manager, you’ll plan, create, and execute digital content strategies that enhance the Marvel brand, attract new clients and candidates, and drive measurable engagement.

You’ll own our content calendar, create social-first campaigns, and work across multiple channels, from LinkedIn and TikTok to email and the website, to tell stories that showcase our people-first, inclusive approach.

You’ll collaborate closely with our founders and recruitment team to make sure our digital voice feels unmistakably Marvel: bold, human, funny when it should be, and always values-led.

What you will be doing...
Content Strategy & Creation
  • Develop and manage a multi-channel content plan (LinkedIn, TikTok, website, email, etc.) aligned with business goals.
  • Write, edit, and publish engaging content tailored for clients, candidates, and industry audiences.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to grow brand awareness, generate leads, and build engagement.
  • Support and measure email marketing, paid/organic social campaigns, and website content performance.
Social Media Management
  • Manage and grow Marvel’s social presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Brand & Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams to capture and tell real stories, placements, candidate journeys, and community initiatives.
SEO & Website
  • Keep website content fresh, inclusive, and optimised for SEO.
About You

You’re creative, curious, and confident telling stories that make people stop scrolling. You get what inclusive communication looks like, and you care about using content to make an impact, not just noise.

You’ll bring:
  • Experience in digital content creation or marketing (B2B, recruitment, or FMCG brand experience is a bonus).
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an instinct for what performs on social.
  • Hands‑on experience managing campaigns across LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Working knowledge of analytics, SEO, and CRM or marketing tools (Vincere, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • A proactive, ideas‑driven mindset and willingness to experiment with new formats.
