They will shape and own the digital content strategy and forward plan, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with wider communications priorities, and operate as a confident, pragmatic senior practitioner who can build strong, inclusive relationships across multiple organisations. They will play a pivotal role during statutory consultations, coordinating consistent, high‑quality digital content that supports public understanding and engagement while laying the foundations for a robust digital presence ready for the incoming Mayor.
