C&C Search is currently recruiting a Digital Content Executive for a leading lifestyle hospitality group based in London.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a design-led company known for creating soulful, beautifully designed spaces where guests can live, work, and explore. Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience

Hybrid Set-Up: Office-based, 5 days per week (London)

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload, update, and maintain website content including copy, imagery, video, and metadata across multiple brand sites.
  • Support website layout, design, and structure changes within the CMS under guidance from the Head of E-Commerce & CRM.
  • Monitor site accuracy, ensuring all content is up-to-date, SEO-friendly, and technically compliant.
  • Support marketing campaigns by publishing landing pages, offers, and promotional content.
  • Assist with localisation and translation updates for international markets.
  • Collaborate with agencies and technical partners on UX and content improvements.
  • Support CRM and email marketing campaigns, testing assets to ensure accuracy and consistency across devices.
  • Manage TripAdvisor listings and in-room digital touchpoints, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
What Background and Experience Are They Looking For?
  • Experience in digital marketing, content management, or e-commerce (hospitality or lifestyle sector a plus).
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Sitecore, or similar.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
