Are you passionate about creating engaging, accessible digital content that makes a real difference to people’s lives? We’re looking for a Digital Content and Engagement Manager to lead the way in transforming how Adult Social Care communicates with residents.

About The Role

The Adult Transformation Team is looking for a full‑time Digital Content and Engagement Manager. Reporting to the Strategic Lead for Adult Social Care Transformation, you will shape and deliver our digital content strategy, ensuring clear, inclusive, and user‑focused communications across multiple platforms. This is a unique opportunity to combine creativity, technology, and data‑driven insights to improve public services.

  • Leading the development and implementation of AI‑driven communication tools to enhance user experience;
  • Managing and optimising Adult Social Care website content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and engagement;
  • Delivering targeted digital campaigns across web, social media, and other channels;
  • Overseeing the Information, Advice and Guidance communications plan, working with stakeholders and partners;
  • Using data insights to continuously improve content and measure success.
About You
  • Proven experience creating and managing digital content across multiple platforms;
  • Strong understanding of digital communications, content strategy, and user engagement;
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO principles;
  • Experience with AI‑based tools, CMS platforms, and data analysis.
