A leading beauty company in the UK is looking for a Digital Content & Activation Assistant for a 12-month graduate role. The position involves supporting the e-Commerce team with content readiness for product launches and maintaining online content. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in digital tools. This hybrid role will provide significant exposure to various beauty brands and marketing strategies.

Sitting within the e-Commerce team, this role will work specifically on Online Content across the Consumer Beauty and Prestige Beauty divisions. The scope of the role will include day‑to‑day support and admin of the Content team who deliver content support and strategy to our Retail Sales teams. The role offers the opportunity to work on the online go‑live preparation of new launches as well as the revamp of existing products across retailer sites. The role will allow the candidate exposure to brands such as Lacoste, Rimmel, Calvin Klein and Max Factor and the opportunity to communicate with stakeholders both internally and externally. The role sits as a hybrid of sales and brand, with a first priority of driving sales as well as respecting key brand equities and guidelines.
