Responsibilities
  • Implement regional strategy and manage implementation of the Morgan Sindall BIM processes, procedures and best practice across the regional business.
  • Support bids and live projects with understanding the BIM requirements and setting out a strategy that best suits the client’s needs and the supply chain capability.
  • Develop the skills and understanding of others through training and ongoing support so that the BIM duties are and can be undertaken by the project or bid team.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement both at regional and project level.
Qualifications
  • Experienced as a Digital Construction Manager with a good understanding of a range of BIM software.
  • Experience working within the construction sector, enthusiastically embracing and managing BIM strategies and technologies.
  • Recent undertaking of the BSI BIM Level 2 accreditation assessment, knowledge of BSI requirements useful.
  • Passion for the project at hand and enjoy working in an inclusive and hardworking team environment.
