Digital Communications Officer Opportunity - Dundee & Aberdeen

We're seeking a creative and proactive Digital Communications Officer to join a leading public sector organisation in Dundee.

This is a 2-3 month initial contract to support with project workload.

About the Role

As Digital Officer, you'll play a key role in shaping the organisation's digital presence. You'll create engaging multimedia content; written, visual, video, and audio for websites, social media, newsletters, and campaigns. You'll collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to translate complex ideas into accessible stories that inspire and engage diverse audiences.

You'll also help grow and optimise digital channels, monitor performance, and explore new platforms and formats to expand reach and impact.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in digital content creation, social media management, and CMS

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Creativity, flexibility, and a proactive mindset

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud

Experience in the research, innovation, or public-sector sector is highly desirable.
