Wise May is looking for a Digital Communications Advisor to join an insurance company based in the City. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic role, utilising your creativity skills to deliver digital communication campaigns.

Digital Communications Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the social media content calendar and blog schedule.
  • Continually review and improve our use of digital platforms.
  • Report and evaluate analytics on the success of our content.
  • Work with the Digital & Web Officer to support web content.
  • Driving improvement and innovation to engage our current audience and reach new audiences.
  • Support the Executive Team with their social media channels, identifying appropriate opportunities to engage and drafting and posting content.
  • Develop and design content across a range of the social media platforms working with communications colleagues to support the delivery of the digital campaigns.
  • Maintain appropriate content governance, brand guidelines and quality assurance policies and processes, to ensure that content meets required quality standards and risks associated with publishing on the web are managed appropriately.
Digital Communications Advisor Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
  • Experience of delivering complex social media strategies and campaigns across a variety of digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of advertising and paid promotions across social media platforms.
  • Excellent digital content creation skills: producing graphics, infographics, along with video production and editing skills.
  • Ability to implement and optimise integrated social media campaigns.
  • Expertise in the Adobe suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Canva and real-world application of these tools in a work context.
  • Solid experience of content planning and creation and an excellent understanding of SEO.
  • The ability to plan and prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines under pressure, whilst showing flexibility and initiative.
