A mid-sized media corporation in London is seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have over 12 months of B2B digital campaign delivery experience and strong customer service skills. The Company

A mid-sized and highly respected media organisation with various market-leading websites and events and a high growth trajectory.

The Role of Digital Campaign Manager

You will primarily be responsible for delivering the full life cycle of customers' digital marketing/advertising campaigns including:

  • Executing advertising and content marketing activity
  • Creating dedicated landing pages and lead capture forms based on industry best practice, using Wordpress or Marketo
  • Helping develop customer data capture within priority audience segments
  • Running A/B test campaigns
  • Campaign optimisation and results reporting (including face to face)
  • Schedule and organise live webinars
  • Schedule and organise podcasts

However, this particular position extends beyond the normal Digital Campaign Management responsibilities as you will also work closely with your internal events team as and when your client has event activity,to ensure that they are happy with the commercial solution/s they have paid for.

Requirements for this Digital Campaign Manager position

  • 12+ months B2B digital campaign delivery experience (some events exposure would also be advantageous)
  • Experience of working with a commercial sales team
  • An incredibly efficient multi-tasker
  • Experience in customer service
  • Outgoing and highly articulate with strong rapport building skills
  • Strong IT skills, with ability to pick up new systems quickly (e.g. Sales Force, CMS etc) – we embrace technology to enhance all aspects of client experience, so an appetite to help shape our events technology strategy is critical!
