Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join the Digital Health Service. You will support analysis, design and implementation of digital change across services, working with clinical teams and managers to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Digital Health Service at Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust as a Digital Business Analyst. The successful candidate will join the Business Analysis and Change Team, supporting the delivery of digital transformation across our services.
You will work as part of a dynamic team to support the analysis, design and implementation of digital change initiatives. This includes working closely with clinical teams, operational managers and wider stakeholders to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and support the development of effective digital solutions.
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with experience in business analysis or service improvement, ideally within a digital or healthcare environment. You will be confident engaging with stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting the delivery of change across a varied portfolio of projects.
You will have a good understanding of Business Analysis, including experience of using recognised tools, techniques and methodologies, along with a working knowledge of project management principles.
