Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an EAM Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions across data management, dashboards and reporting. You will work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and clients to deliver digital asset management capabilities that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have experience in engineering-adjacent sectors, familiarity with IAM standards and Asset Management tools, and a willingness to apply Agile practices in a

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Engineering, Transportation, Defence, Energy & Utilities sectors.
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management applications.
• Knowledge of IAM Anatomy, ISO55000 and IAM certificate.
• Strong verbal and numerical reasoning with stakeholder buy-in.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Delivery-focused: work with cross-functional teams to deliver digital asset management solutions across stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to understand client needs and translate into tangible requirements for delivery.
• Identify opportunities to streamline information and data workflows and reporting processes.
• Work across multiple projects delivering value to clients and organisations.
• Exposure to or willingness to apply Agile delivery methodologies for project teams.
