TEC Partnership's University Centre Grimsby seeks a motivated Lecturer for the Foundation Degree in Digital and Technology Solutions. You will lead IT/Computing modules, including Python, C#, databases, and BI reporting, while coordinating curriculum delivery and assessments.

You will support learners through 1-1 and group tutorials, contribute to open events, and help manage the student journey within a supportive HE environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming and software development with agile methods.
• Experience with relational databases and data management.
• Knowledge of Python and C# programming languages.
• Experience using data analytics and BI tools to create reports and insights.

The department of HE Business, Arts and Media are looking to appoint a dynamic, motivated Lecturer with a passion for IT and Computing, to lead and manage the BSc(Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions, as well as deliver on the FdSc Digital Technology Solutions programme. You will work closely with the Lecturer for the FdSc programme in managing and delivering high quality and inclusive teaching.

Topics and skills within the delivery of this programme include:

• Programming
• Software Development and agile skills
• Database Development
• Use of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence tools.

Within this role, delivery will focus upon Software and Data related modules, and ideal candidates would have knowledge of Relational databases, Programming languages such as Python and C#, and the use of Business Intelligence tools to develop reports and create Data Warehouses.

Other duties that form part of this role include:
