Job summary

A leading international engineering firm in Slough is seeking a motivated professional to manage the implementation of Digital Engineering on projects. The successful candidate will drive staff development through training and workshops, ensuring effective digital strategies are in place. Responsibilities also include authoring the 3D model and influencing project-specific digital solutions. Qualifications

• Knowledge of industry information standards such as BS1192, ISO19650 or similar.
• Experience in managing models and data effectively.
• Understanding of digital strategies applicable to engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of LOR staff through upskilling and training.
• Authorize and develop the 3D model with full project knowledge.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup and implementation of Digital Engineering on projects by applying appropriate influence, input, process and protocols at bid, pre‑construction, construction, commissioning, handover, operation and maintenance.
• Drive the development of LOR staff to deliver Digital Engineering in line with their discipline specific responsibilities, through upskilling, training, workshops and regular communications utilising key project relationships.
• Influence the development of project specific solutions to deliver in accordance with our Digital Engineering offering.
• Lead towards the authoring and development of the 3D model, having full and up to date knowledge of all project information and documentation and having agreed level of detail with project team.
