Priory at Althea Park in Stroud, Gloucestershire, is recruiting a part‑time Dietitian to join a residential eating disorders service. The role offers 7.5 hours per week with flexible scheduling and a salary of £9,200 per annum.

Qualifications

• Must hold BSc/MSc in Dietetics and HCPC registered.
• Experience in Eating Disorders Service Line is essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete dietary and nutritional assessments and develop personalised plans.
• Plan, monitor and review nutritional interventions to meet patients' needs.
• Manage an assigned caseload and work with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide professional advice to support effective nutritional care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and share information with colleagues.
• Contribute to service development, audits and evidence-based practice.

Althea Park Salary - £46,000 per annum FTE Part-time – 7.5 hours per week

Althea Park has an opportunity for a Dietitian to join our team. This is a part-time role working 7.5 hours per week, with flexibility around how these hours are arranged, such as across two half days. The salary for this role is £9,200 per annum.

Althea Park, Stroud, Gloucestershire is a residential eating disorder service for young people, offering 10 beds in a therapeutic environment alongside a 3-bedded step-down semi‑independent service (The Anchor). It is accessible by public transport, with a bus stop outside the service and Stroud railway station approximately half a mile away, with national rail links and easy access to the M4 and M5.

What you'll be doing

• Completing dietary and nutritional assessments and developing personalised plans to support the physical wellbeing of our patients.
• Planning, monitoring and reviewing nutritional interventions to ensure they continue to meet patients’ individual needs.
• Managing an assigned caseload, working closely with colleagues across the multidisciplinary team.
• Providing professional advice and guidance to support effective nutritional care.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and sharing relevant information with colleagues.
• Contributing to service development, audit and the use of evidence-based practice.

What you'll bring to the role

Essential for the role

Applicants must hold a BSc or MSc in Dietetics, or a BSc in a relevant science subject with a Postgraduate Diploma or MSc in Dietetics, and must be registered with the HCPC. Experience within the Eating Disorders Service Line is also essential for this role.
