Job description
Role Overview

You will contribute to the dietetic management of adult inherited metabolic disorders. This includes managing your own caseload to cover a range of dietetic needs, such as weight management, nutrition support, enteral feeding, renal, diabetes and gastro. You will also engage in learning to provide specialist dietetic input to manage patients with AIMDs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload of patients with inherited metabolic disorders.
  • Develop and implement individually tailored dietetic care plans.
  • Provide specialist dietetic input in weight management, nutrition support, enteral feeding, renal, diabetes and gastrointestinal contexts.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support patient care.
  • Work effectively with patients, carers, and a wide range of health and non‑health professionals in both hospital and community settings.
  • Support the diabetes, renal and gastrointestinal dietetic service where necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experienced, motivated and proactive dietitian.
