A rare opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Dietetic Team Leader to join the Nutrition and Dietetic Service in University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. We are starting a programme of transformational change in this service, and it is an exciting time to join us as an agent of change, leading improvements in quality of care, effective use of resources, and staff wellbeing.
Clinical evidence-based knowledge of dietetics, alongside a passion and commitment to leadership and management, service development and facilitation of learning and practitioner wellbeing, is fundamental. You will have compassionate communication skills with a proactive approach to problem solving and the implementation of innovative solutions within an evolving dietetics landscape. This ensures a responsive, needs-based, holistic patient-centred care. The service is aligned to and contributes to regional networks in the Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB).
If you are a motivated, flexible and forward-thinking band 6 Dietitian who is ready to advance professional and clinical development in a more senior role, or a current band 7 dietitian seeking to further consolidate leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
