Kirk NationaLease is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic in Plymouth, IN to join our full-service shop. The role offers a strong pay scale ranging from $20 to $35 per hour, with weekly pay and multiple bonus programs.

Applicants should have 5+ years of diesel mechanic and trailer repair experience, plus personal tools and a valid, clean driver’s license. We provide comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and a second shift

• 5+ years trailer repair required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and light–moderate diesel repairs.
• Diagnose and repair brakes, clutches, wheel seals, and other systems.
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
