Job description
Diary Management Assistant / EA

15 hours per week between Monday‑Friday on a temporary basis for 7 months to begin on December 1st. This role is hybrid working (office based in Chelmsford) however our client can consider fully remote DOE.

Duties will include:
  • Manage and maintain a busy executive diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate meeting times and logistics.
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or overlaps.
  • Provide timely reminders and briefings to support preparation for meetings and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support general administrative tasks as required to ensure the executive's time is used effectively.
  • This list is not exhaustive and from time to time you may be required to undertake additional duties.
Candidate requirements:
  • Proven experience in diary management, executive assistance at C‑suite level, or a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and calendar management software.
  • 15 hours per week between Monday‑Friday, ideally between the working hours of 8am‑6pm.

£14.35 - £15.38 per hour DOE
