Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is helping a leading healthcare provider in Colliers Wood, SW London recruit a Staff Nurse for an outstanding dialysis clinic. You will deliver high-quality, patient-focused care and mentor colleagues within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an RGN with a current active NMC PIN; dialysis experience is preferred. Salary £32,100–£37,950 per annum, paid monthly, plus 35 days’ annual leave. You will work day shifts, Monday to Saturday, in a state-of-the-art clinic.

Qualifications

• Qualified as an RGN with a current active NMC PIN.
• Experience in renal nursing preferred.
• Able to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of individualized, patient-focused care.
• Mentor and assist team members.
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and hospital trusts.
• Communicate effectively with patients, users and providers.
• Adhere to procedures and policies and assist in updates.
• Develop knowledge to improve patient care and participate in evaluations.

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in the Colliers Wood, South West London area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers

This dialysis clinic delivers the highest level of care in state-of-the-art clinics with the most technologically advanced equipment

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused care
• Mentor and assist team members
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and with external organisations and hospital trusts
• Promote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users and providers to the service
• Adhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and review
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to patients
• Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Experience in renal nursing is preferred
• Good knowledge of current professional nursing issues
• Ability to adapt to change within the working situation
• Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing, flexible
• Able to work effectively within a team

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £32,100 - £37,950 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on day shifts from Monday-Saturdays. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
