Job summary

A client-operated independent garage in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join a busy workshop. You will work on a diverse range of makes and models, diagnosing faults with advanced equipment in a supportive team environment.

The role offers up to £50,000 basic salary plus a performance-related bonus, a Monday to Friday 8.30am–5.30pm schedule with every other Saturday morning, and excellent career development prospects within a well-established,

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
• Strong knowledge of modern automotive systems
• Full UK driving licence
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and assessments
