Skills

Fully Qualified Diagnostic Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Current and Valid UK Driving License
Previous Experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician

Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Diagnostic Vehicle Technician / Mechanic within a well-respected family-run Automotive Garage, located in South Croydon.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Duties
  • Conduct high-level diagnostic investigations using dealer-level equipment and tools
  • Accurately identify electrical and mechanical faults, advising on required repairs
  • Support and guide junior technicians and apprentices within the workshop
  • Perform thorough inspections and electronic vehicle health checks, communicating results to service advisors
  • Work closely with the wider team to deliver efficient, first-time-fix solutions and outstanding customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • A Fully Qualified Diagnostic Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • A Current and Valid UK Driving License
  • Dedicated and committed approach.
  • Your job will be your passion, and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
  • Previous Experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician

The salary of this role is up to £40,000 basic.

Hours of work in this Diagnostic Vehicle Technician role are 8am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota.
