Salary: Basic £38,000-£43,000 + £3,000 Productivity Bonus + uncapped OTE up to £52,480

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm | Alternate Saturdays, 8am-12pm

Contract: Permanent | Full-Time

Responsibilities
  • Carry out advanced diagnostic fault-finding using the latest diagnostic technology
  • Support and mentor technicians and apprentices within the workshop
  • Perform high-quality servicing, mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Liaise with technical teams for complex diagnostic cases and escalate where required
  • Road test and quality-check all completed work to ensure performance and safety
  • Accurately document all findings and maintain workshop excellence
