Overview

ROLE: Diagnostic Technician
SALARY: £45,000 + benefits
LOCATION: Nottingham
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 5:15pm

Flame Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Diagnostic Technician to join a forward-thinking team using the latest remote diagnostic technology. This is a fully office-based role where you'll use cloud-connected tools to support vehicle diagnostics — no dirty hands or workshop tools required.

You’ll work alongside a team of experienced technicians, connecting to vehicles remotely and guiding clients through fault-finding and programming tasks. If you’re a qualified technician looking to stay in the trade while stepping into a clean, modern and tech-led environment, this is the perfect next step.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out remote vehicle diagnostics from the office.
  • Communicate with garages, body shops and other clients to help identify and solve faults.
  • Use your technical expertise to support programming, coding, and vehicle module work.
