Job summary
Stellantis &You UK is seeking a Diagnostic Technician to service and repair customer vehicles at our Chingford site. The role includes accessing the latest manufacturer technology and diagnostic equipment, with progression opportunities and a strong bonus scheme.
You will join a skilled workshop team, carry out routine servicing, fault finding and repairs, and maintain thorough documentation to ensure quality workmanship and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Qualified Technicians L3 IMI Vehicle Technicians.
- Previous dealership or workshop experience beneficial
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence
Responsibilities
- Routine servicing and maintenance of customer vehicles
- Carrying out mechanical repairs and fault finding
- Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work required
- Ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards
- Using diagnostic equipment and workshop systems effectively
- Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
- Working collaboratively with Service Advisors and workshop colleagues
- Delivering excellent quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Vehicle Technician / Service Technician / Mechanic
£1500 Sign On Bonus from 1st September 2025
- £750 upon joining
- £250 once accredited Stellantis &You
- £500 after 12 months employment

Earn extra on every attended hour based on your monthly efficiency:
100%+ Efficiency = Service and MOT technician minimum level bonus criteria additional £1.0 per hour on all hours sold over the 100% rising in increments to £2.0
In addition to the hourly supplement, you'll receive a Time Saved Bonus on hours sold above your relevant efficiency criteria, paid at your normal hourly rate.
Our technicians can earn hundreds of pounds extra every month through the scheme.
Overtime available depending on site and time of year paid at time and a half as a minimum.
The harder you work, the more you benefit.
- Your normal hourly rate plus bonus supplement, or
- Your average bonus earnings over the previous 12 weeks whichever is the greater.
