Job description

Overview

Our client, with sites based in Peterborough, is seeking an experienced and qualified Diagnostic Master Technician to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm.

Responsibilities

• As Diagnostic Master Technician, you will be responsible for working on complex in-depth diagnostic repairs, fault diagnosis and the service and maintenance of a wide range of vehicles including car & LCV's.


• You will also be a mentor for the wider team as part of this position.


• You will adhere to health & safety at all times.


• You will complete job cards and service sheets on each vehicle and all other related duties.

Qualifications

• To be considered for the role of Diagnostic Master Technician, you will hold a relevant City & Guilds or NVQ level 3 or proven experience of repairing and maintaining vehicles.


• You will hold a full UK driving licence, and will have received high level diagnostics training.


• You will be required to have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of health & safety.

In return, for the role of Diagnostic Master Technician, our client is offering a starting salary of £35,360 - £41,600 depending on level of experience and qualifications, access to a bonus scheme of up to £400 per month, 28 days paid annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, occasional option for paid overtime, private health care, pension.
