Job summary

Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital is recruiting a Radiology Manager in Leeds to lead a busy diagnostic imaging service. You will oversee clinical governance, drive service improvement and manage a team of radiographers and support staff.

You will be HCPC registered, with substantial radiology leadership experience, and a passion for developing your team to deliver exceptional patient care within a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is mandatory.
• Experience leading radiology teams and departments.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Experience in diagnostic imaging services and quality governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the radiology team at Leeds Hospital to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Provide strategic direction and support from the National Lead for Diagnostic Imaging.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve best practice and service performance.
• Create a positive, patient-centred environment with excellent facilities and teamwork.
