The Diabetes Times is seeking a dedicated Diabetes/Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join our healthcare team. You will provide specialised patient care, education, and support to empower patients to manage their condition effectively.

Key duties include comprehensive diabetes assessments, education on self-care and lifestyle changes, safe administration of injections including insulin, and developing personalised care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimise outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with diabetes care expertise.
• Experience in medication administration including injectables.
• Ability to educate patients on self-management and lifestyle changes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver comprehensive diabetes assessments (glucose monitoring, symptoms).
• Educate patients on self-care, meds, lifestyle and dietary considerations.
