A leading NHS hospital trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a Receptionist to manage patient flow and support the reception team. This role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, and maintaining records within a healthcare setting. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in similar roles. The position offers opportunities for development and contribution to high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but essential team at Bedford Hospital, where you will support patients from arrival through the end of their care journey. Familiarity with systems such as IPMs, Attend Anywhere, Mediviewer, Diamond, and Excel is advantageous, but more importantly we are looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the smooth running of hospital services.
