Job summary

A leading biopharmaceutical firm is seeking a Diabetes Nurse Educator to deliver effective training to healthcare professionals and patients across Scotland. This field-based position requires expertise in diabetes management and experience in training delivery. Successful candidates will hold a current Registered Nurse license and have prior experience as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse. A full UK driver's license and vehicle are essential. Competitive daily rates are offered for this 12-month contract.

Qualifications

  • Experience conducting training sessions for healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Strong understanding of diabetes management, medications, and lifestyle interventions.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Job description
Diabetes Nurse Educator

CK Group are recruiting for a Diabetes Nurse Educator to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months working fieldbased across Scotland .

Salary

Daily up to £185 PAYE or £230 Umbrella (inside IR35)

Nurse Educator Role
  • Deliver engaging & effective training to healthcare professionals & patients
  • Train patients & caregivers on use of a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system to enable effective diabetes management
  • Provide expert technical guidance & support on use and management of continuous glucose monitoring
  • Build strong relationships with patients & key stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate training records & documentation in the CRM system
Your Background
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) with previous experience as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse (DSN)
  • Experience in delivering training to both healthcare professionals & patients in group and individual settings
  • Strong understanding of diabetes management, including medication, monitoring, and lifestyle interventions
  • Familiarity with NHS structures&d processes in both primary and secondary care
  • Must have full UK driving licence and own vehicle
