Diabetes UK is seeking a Diabetes Engagement Officer in Lisburn for a 16-month fixed-term contract. The role offers hybrid working with a minimum of one day in the office weekly and 35 hours per week.

Salary ranges from £30,804 to £34,227 per year, with a closing date of 22 November 2026. The officer will work with local communities to deliver engagement tools and health promotion activities, both in person and online, and will recruit volunteers to help establish Live Well Hubs across Northern

• The Diabetes Engagement Officer will partner with organisations and groups, delivering tailored engagement tools and health promotion activities, both face to face and online.
• To develop community assets, the DEO will recruit and train volunteers to establish sustainable Live Well Hubs across Northern Ireland.
