Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Diabetes Dietitian on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role involves delivering dietetic input in MDT pump clinics and dietetic-led clinics at King’s Mill Hospital and Newark hospital.

You will work 22.5 hours per week (Mon–Wed) and provide patient-centred care to adults with diabetes, applying your knowledge of insulin pumps and neonatal nutrition where relevant. A supportive, inclusive workplace awaits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of diabetes care and dietetic management in adults.
• Ability to work within MDT pump clinics and dietetic-led clinics.
• Strong communication and safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dietetic input for adults with diabetes in MDT pump and dietetic-led clinics.
• Provide patient-centred care across King’s Mill and Newark hospitals.
• Contribute to professional development and audit where appropriate.
