Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Preston is seeking enthusiastic midwives to join the Diabetes in Pregnancy continuity team. You will support antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care across birth centres, delivery suite, clinics and community settings.

The role offers day and night shifts with on-call cover; we welcome Band 5 nearing end of preceptorship or Band 6, with a focus on personalised care plans and patient safety.

Formación

• Qualified midwife with active registration
• Experience in diabetes in pregnancy preferred
• Ability to develop personalised care plans with families

Responsabilidades

• Provide continuity of care across antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal periods
• Support women, birthing people and families with high quality, safe care
