Ripple is building a world where value moves like information. We seek a seasoned DevOps/Platform Engineer to develop, deploy, and maintain multi-region platforms, build automation tools, and collaborate across engineering teams to ensure production-ready code and scalable systems.

The role emphasizes DevOps-first principles, automation, reliability, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment in London. Competitive salary and equity are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure, deployments, and large-scale, multi-region distributed systems, preferably on Azure and AWS.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and experience managing container orchestration platforms and runtimes, including Docker and OCI.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform , Azure Bicep and AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of platform engineering fundamentals, including automation, reliability, scalability, high availability, and operational excellence.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including automated environment provisioning, regression testing, and containerized build and deployment workflows.

• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, networking fundamentals, and scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
• Experience operating, administering, and troubleshooting production infrastructure, with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
