Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps Engineering team. In this hands‑on role, you will manage the infrastructure and delivery systems crucial for our quants, traders, and developers. You'll design, automate, and optimize deployment workflows in a hybrid AWS and on‑prem environment, directly impacting the firm's efficiency and security.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure across AWS and on‑prem environments.
• Design and maintain reusable Terraform modules for Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
• Automate configuration management and system provisioning using Packer and Ansible.
• Build and own CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable software delivery.
• Develop and maintain automation tooling and scripts, preferably in Python or Go.
• Deploy, manage, and scale containerized workloads with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Run and improve our GitOps delivery model using tools like ArgoCD and Atlantis.
• Manage and optimize OpenSearch clusters.
• Administer and optimize Linux‑based systems for security, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers to enhance tooling and streamline deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues across the stack.
