A leading technology management company based in Nottingham is seeking a skilled individual to manage their Azure DevOps infrastructure. Responsibilities include executing changes, providing support, and implementing automation strategies. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess strong problem-solving skills. + Management of the Azure DevOps infrastructure + Plan, coordinate and execute changes and upgrades within the DevOps environment + Implement automation and optimisation strategies to enhance platform performance + Create/maintain documentation of the DevOps environment + Provide first and second-line support for the DevOps platform + Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application & performance issues + Escalate complex issues to third-line support or development teams. + Work closely with other departments and users to resolve complex technical issues + Continual service improvement to DevOps performance and operational efficiency Due to the classification of this system, there is no opportunity for remote working and the support team work flexibly to maintain a constant presence during working hours. There are no out-of-hours SLA's associated with this system.
