Job summary

GSK is seeking a Device and Packaging Technologist to deliver technical support across device assembly and packaging at the Barnard Castle site and external sites. You will support NPI, change control, and continuous improvement for sterile and device-based products, acting as the key interface between site teams and central technology groups.

Strong GMP, regulatory awareness, and supplier management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in device assembly or packaging in pharma/medical device sectors.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for device assembly and packaging operations and support deviations, CAPAs and audits.
• Support NPI, technical transfer and change control for devices and packaging.
• Act as a technical interface between site teams, central device/packaging functions and external suppliers.
• Lead line trials, validation, and readiness activities in line with GMP requirements.
