A leading healthcare provider in Coventry is seeking a Developmental and Family Integrated Care Lead. You will oversee clinical support in the Neonatal Unit, focusing on family integrated care and developmental practices. This part-time position involves training healthcare professionals and implementing best practices. The salary range is £38,682 to £46,580 pro rata, with a commitment to patient care and professional development.

The post holder will be part of the Family Integrated Care (FIC) Team and will be specifically responsible for providing clinical support and expertise within the Neonatal Unit in all aspects of family integrated care and developmental care. The post holder will promote the evidence-based practice of the individualised partnership of parents and the wider family into the neonatal unit and be responsible for the training and education of all health professionals and share specialist knowledge with other groups and agencies. You will lead, implement and evaluate BLISS baby charter accreditation and initiatives that ensure best practice standards and support the neonatal unit development through the accreditation levels.
